Use, customize, maintain

Everything for the React Board 364 S in one place — dial operation, bearing choice, and keeping the base fast and quiet.

Dial operation

Turning the dial clockwise assembles the board and progressively reduces friction, from high-friction mode down to unrestricted movement. Continue past the resistance, center the top platform, then continue again to reach rotation-only mode.

Bottom disc

The bottom disc needs friction to travel up or down. The weight of the board is enough at first; once the disc clears the base, hold the top board at the end of its motion to create the friction it needs.

Bearings

Use 8 bearings for normal use and 12 for users over 250 lb. The board's limit is 350 lb. Rubberized bearings are quieter but slower. Non-rubberized are faster and louder. That tradeoff is a legitimate choice, not a defect — pick for the room you train in.

Maintenance

Clean the base periodically with a dry rag. Re-lubricate the perimeter of the base with a silicone-based lubricant to reduce noise and improve speed.
